Mike Serbin
Mike obtained a B.S. in Computer Systems Engineering from Arizona State University in 2006 and has been working in the IT industry since January 2005. He has an extensive background in server applications like Microsoft Exchange, SQL Server, and Windows Small Business Server. Mike currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona; his hobbies include running Ragnar relay events, basketball, wakeboarding, snow skiing, and listening to music.


Wade Beauchamp
Wade is a Microsoft Certified Partner since 2009. He has a strong background in desktop operating systems like Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X as well as the Microsoft Office suite. He has worked as computer support technician since obtaining his Microsoft certification. Wade currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona; his hobbies playing sports of all kinds, playing with his kids, and playing video games.


Josh Tom
Josh has been with Inertia IT Services for four years. He has extensive experience in desktop, server and enterprise application support. He has worked closely with several of our large clients to deliver help desk and network admin support of their large and complex networks including Unified Communication Systems such as Mircosoft Lync. Josh also has experience with Microsoft Sharepoint and Microsoft System Center.
